Q: How should I choose the transportation route?A: Our space capsules are shipped from Shandong or Guangdong, China. Customers in different regions can choose different transportation routes: Road and railway transportation: Suitable for landlocked countries such as Russia, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, and Mongolia. Due to geographical reasons, landlocked countries usually adopt road and railway transportation, while sea freight is not feasible. Sea freight: Suitable for most regions, including Europe, the United States, Canada, Dubai, Saudi Arabia, South America, Vietnam, Thailand, the Philippines, Australia, New Zealand, South Korea, and Japan. These regions mainly use sea freight.

Q: Does the space capsule require a foundation for installation?A: The space capsule has extremely low foundation requirements, which greatly simplifies the installation process for you. Generally, concrete slabs, pile foundations, footings, or simple gravel layers can meet the requirements. We will provide customers with site preparation guidance.
-
Q: Do you provide on-site installation services?A: The plumbing, electrical, and HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) systems inside the space capsule are all pre-installed in the factory. The water and electricity facilities only need to be connected to the external supply of the residence on-site. We recommend arranging for professional contractors to be present when the goods are delivered to ensure that all facilities are properly installed in place.
-
Q: How many workers are needed to assemble the space capsule?A: Generally, 2-3 workers can complete the installation within a few hours, thanks to the modular components.
-
Q: How should I plan for inland transportation and crane installation?A: After customs clearance of the goods, the customer needs to arrange for heavy-duty flatbed trucks for inland transportation and coordinate crane operations. The dimensions of our largest high-end house are 11.5m × 3.3m × 3.2m, and it weighs approximately 26,000 pounds (11,800 kilograms). All house units are pre-installed with four lifting lugs on the top for easy hoisting and positioning by cranes. The house will be delivered to the site using heavy-duty trucks, long tilt-bed flatbed trailers, and cranes. The truck and trailer must have a 12-foot-wide, relatively straight, and unobstructed path from the paved road, as the trailer cannot make sharp turns (similar to boat trailers or RVs). It is crucial that there are no unavoidable obstacles such as fences, trees, branches, playground equipment, or underground septic systems.

Q: Do I need a permit to install a space capsule on my private property?A: Yes, you will probably need one. You can contact the local municipal authorities or professional contractors to assist with this. Our suggestion is to choose professional contractors, as they can also take charge of foundation construction and utility installation. Be sure to find out what construction permits are required in your area — permits range from simple and low-cost to complex and expensive. All our products have obtained ISO certification, enabling smooth customs clearance at major ports worldwide.
-
Q: What should I do if product damage is found?A: The product undergoes a comprehensive inspection before leaving the warehouse, and we will take videos to confirm with you. However, unexpected damage may still occur during transportation. Therefore, before the installers proceed with installation and delivery, the product should be thoroughly inspected to ensure the structure is intact. If any damage is found, please inform the delivery personnel, take photos, and send them to the company email.
-
Q: What support and services will you provide after installation is completed?A: We provide maintenance services and are always ready to offer assistance and upgrades to ensure you still have a satisfactory experience after installation. We also provide various joint operation services for businesses. You are welcome to contact our business managers for consultation.
